1ISA is a collaboration of seasoned professionals who have extensive experience in the fields of incentive programming, incentive banking, training and development, and human resources management. The group derived its know-how and technical expertise in incentive programming mainly from their long professional association with the late Malcolm Craig, considered the pioneer in incentivation in the Philippines.  After the demise of Malcolm Craig, PMS Asia’s key personnel then formed 1ISA with new partners, thereby broadening their contact base.
