    On the brink of a bank run, one of the top universal banks then had to borrow P30 Billion from BSP.  They needed a program to generate fresh funds of at least P40 Billion, pay back BSP, and rally the employees towards the new management team.  1ISA ran an Employee Engagement Program for 12 months.  The result was P52 Billion in 7 months! The bank was then able to pay BSP in record time.

    One of the country’s top 3 banks ran our Employee Deposit Campaign for the first time in its long history.  Under a new president, the program created such a positive impact with the employees that a new esprit-de-corps was established in the bank while new deposits of P40 billion were generated!     Under a new president, one of the nation’s oldest and most prestigious banks achieved P16 Billion New Deposits and P9.5 Billion ADB.  This new president attributed the turnaround of the bank to our Internal Deposit Campaign.

    A medium-sized private bank undertook an employee program back in 2005. The first program attained close to P1B in new deposits and is now on its 7th year and has generated more than P6B in new deposits!-

    In 2003, this private bank ran an Employee Engagement Program to raise fresh funds and again to rally employees towards its new president. Actual level of low cost funds generated was P805 Million or 101% of the P800 Million target! High cost funds level achieved was P2.10 Billion or 65% of program target of P3.20B since the HC funds campaign ran for only 6 months. Truly an admirable feat!

    This top international credit card company, our client since 2000, has been outsourcing to us their below-the-line advertising, special projects, and nationwide decalization ever since! We have come up with successful incentive programs for merchants and cardholders nationwide, thus greatly helping this company achieve an outstanding 86% improvement in brand recall! We have also developed a tracking system for them that gives a simple yet effective solution for monitoring activities such as decalization, events registration, and fraud reporting.

    We ran a successful nationwide rewards program for a huge multinational company for their 100th anniversary in October 2012, which ran until January 2013. Redemptions have been widely successful that led to a significant increase in sales. From April to December 2012, we ran another nationwide rewards program wherein selected sari-sari stores and food outlets were issued points upon purchase of bundled products.

    A top food and beverage corporation launched a wellness program aimed at encouraging Filipinos to engage in a healthy and balanced lifestyle.  We facilitated this successful campaign from April to December 2009, and from January to December 2010. We handled the manpower for the booth attendants, points tracking & data administration, rewards management & delivery. Other successful programs for this company, which simultaneously ran from January to December 2010, were rewards programs for sari-sari stores nationwide, wholesalers/distributors, and market stall owners all over the country.

    We have been running several successful programs and promos for this top commercial bank for their Credit Card business since 2004. Among these is the rewards program for cardholders wherein we process redemptions, all the way to delivery of the items. The huge volume of redemptions – an average of 60,000 a year nationwide – along with its longevity, gives additional proof of how popular this program has become. Platinum cardholders are also being treated to a special kind of rewards program – redeem anything you want!

    Our nine year-old partnership with this institution also entails nationwide booth management for its mall promos. Possibly the highlight of this partnership was the hugely successful promo wherein cardholders were entitled to movie tickets in exchange for a specified transaction amount or rewards points. Clients were definitely enticed to use their card more often just to get hold of these movie tickets!

    Since 2004, we have been responsible for this company’s nationwide personnel training, with regard to the use of its corporate credit card, from terminal usage to transaction processing. Being the largest oil refining company in the country, it is indeed a privilege for us to handle its merchant syndication program for their loyalty card.

  • We were also responsible for several Consumer Product Programs that helped boost product awareness, which thus led to increased sales and profit.

    We have conceptualized and designed a full-scale nationwide raffle promotion for a well-known vitamin supplement wherein a host of amazing prizes, including a trip to Switzerland, were at stake for the lucky winners!

    A similar type of promotion was also held for an international money transfer company with valuable prizes such as gift certificates for groceries at popular malls!

    We also held a mall event for an international marketing and services company. It was a 3-day affair that helped relaunch this company’s major client. This further showcased our expertise in event management.

    Another global enterprise well-known for healthcare, nutrition, and technology tied up with an international oil refining company for a promotion that raised awareness of their vitamin supplement. For every significant purchase, consumers were entitled to a free fuel card with an initial load. 1ISA was responsible for the negotiations with the fuel stations, monitoring the points, delivery of cards and loading thereafter. The promo generated 1,500 successful entries or 100 entries per week from May to December 2010.

    We also handled a successful raffle promo for this renowned brand of automotive and industrial battery products. Running for 121 days from October 2008 to February 2009, more than 4,000 entries were generated. There was an average of more than a thousand entries per month! For the 4-month promo, total gross income generated was P13.3 Million with an average of P3.3 Million per month.

     

    Not only do we hold successful rewards and incentive programs, we also tailor-fit rewards to meet the specific demographics of the participants.

    For this premier oil company, 1ISA designed a Sales Incentive Program to push sales of their fuels and lubricants. Participants included marketing and sales officers so the rewards items chosen were befitting of their lifestyle. It was so successful that the program exceeded the previous year’s target 9 months into the program!
